Welcome to 9KITS — a marketplace created by collectors, for collectors. Buy, sell, and discuss the iconic football shirts that define the beautiful game. Every kit has a story. Our mission is to make sure it finds the right home. Please read these Terms carefully before using the Platform.
- 1.General Information
- 1.1.These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 9KITS website and services ("the Platform").
- 1.2.By registering or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
- 1.3.9KITS is a marketplace platform. We connect buyers and sellers but are not a party to individual transactions between users.
- 2.User Accounts
- 2.1.To buy or sell on the Platform, you must register and create an account. You must be at least 18 years old.
- 2.2.You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and keep your credentials secure.
- 2.3.You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- 2.4.You must notify us immediately at support@9kits.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
- 2.5.9KITS reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm the community.
- 3.Listing & Selling
- 3.1.Sellers must provide honest, accurate, and complete descriptions of every item, including condition, size, era, club, and any known defects.
- 3.2.Clear photographs showing the actual item (front, back, tags, and any flaws) are required for all listings.
- 3.3.Sellers must only list items they own and have the right to sell. Stolen, fraudulently obtained, or counterfeit items are strictly prohibited.
- 3.4.By creating a listing, sellers confirm the item is authentic and as described. Misrepresentation is grounds for immediate account removal.
- 3.5.9KITS reserves the right to remove any listing at our discretion without notice if it violates these Terms or community standards.
- 4.Buying Items
- 4.1.When you purchase an item, you enter into a direct binding agreement with the seller. 9KITS is not a party to that agreement.
- 4.2.Read all item descriptions, photos, and seller policies carefully before completing your purchase.
- 4.3.Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider. 9KITS does not store your card details.
- 4.4.Completing a purchase constitutes acceptance of the item description and the seller's stated terms.
- 5.Fees & Commission
- 5.1.9KITS charges a flat commission of 9% on every completed sale. This fee is deducted automatically from the seller's payout.
- 5.2.There are no listing fees. You only pay when your item sells.
- 5.3.Seller payouts are processed after the buyer confirms receipt, or automatically after 7 days if no dispute has been raised.
- 5.4.In the event of a confirmed dispute or chargeback, 9KITS reserves the right to withhold or reverse a payout pending investigation.
- 5.5.9KITS reserves the right to revise commission rates with 30 days' notice. Existing listings will honour the rate at the time of listing.
- 6.Authenticity & Anti-Counterfeit Policy
- 6.1.9KITS has a zero-tolerance policy for counterfeit, replica, or fake items listed as authentic. Any such listing will be removed immediately.
- 6.2.Replica and unofficial shirts may be listed only if clearly and explicitly described as such in the title and description. They must never be advertised as authentic originals.
- 6.3.If a buyer receives an item they believe is not authentic, they must report it to 9KITS within 5 days of delivery with photo evidence.
- 6.4.9KITS will review all authenticity claims and may request additional evidence from both parties. Our decision is final.
- 6.5.Sellers found to have knowingly sold counterfeit items as authentic will be permanently banned and may be reported to relevant authorities.
- 6.6.6.6. Repeated authenticity complaints against a seller — even if individually unresolved — may result in account suspension at 9KITS' discretion.
- 6.7.⚠️ Selling a counterfeit item as authentic may constitute fraud under applicable law. 9KITS cooperates fully with law enforcement investigations.
- 7.Shipping & Delivery
- 7.1.Sellers are solely responsible for packaging and shipping items safely and promptly to buyers.
- 7.2.Sellers must dispatch items within the timeframe stated in their listing, and no later than 5 business days after payment is confirmed.
- 7.3.Tracking information must be uploaded to the Platform as soon as it is available.
- 7.4.Delivery times vary by location and carrier. 9KITS does not guarantee delivery windows.
- 7.5.9KITS is not liable for items lost, damaged, or delayed in transit. Sellers are encouraged to use tracked, insured shipping for valuable items.
- 8.Returns, Refunds & Disputes
- 8.1.Returns and refunds are negotiated directly between buyers and sellers in the first instance. Both parties are expected to communicate respectfully and in good faith.
- 8.2.If a buyer and seller cannot resolve a dispute within 48 hours, either party may escalate it to 9KITS by contacting support@9kits.com.
- 8.3.9KITS will review all evidence submitted — including photos, messages, and tracking — and issue a binding decision within 5 business days.
- 8.4.Eligible grounds for a buyer refund include: item significantly not as described, counterfeit item sold as authentic, or item not received.
- 8.5.Refunds are not available for change of mind, fit issues not mentioned in the listing, or disputes raised more than 14 days after confirmed delivery.
- 8.6.9KITS' decision in all disputes is final. By using the Platform, both parties agree to this process.
- 9.Verification & Trust
- 9.1.9KITS operates a voluntary seller verification programme to increase trust and safety within the community.
- 9.2.Verified sellers receive a badge on their profile and listings.Verified
- 9.3.Verification requires identity confirmation and a track record of positive transactions. 9KITS may request supporting documents.
- 9.4.Verification is an additional trust signal, not a guarantee of any specific item's authenticity or transaction outcome.
- 9.5.9KITS may revoke verification status at any time if a seller is found to have violated these Terms.
- 10.Prohibited Conduct
- 10.1.The following are strictly prohibited on 9KITS:
- Listing counterfeit, stolen, or fraudulently obtained items
- Misrepresenting item condition, authenticity, size, era, or club
- Harassing, threatening, or defrauding other users
- Completing transactions outside the Platform to avoid commission
- Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bans or restrictions
- Manipulating reviews or feedback
- Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose
- 10.2.Violations may result in immediate suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of pending payouts, and referral to law enforcement where appropriate.
- 11.International Buyers & Sellers
- 11.1.9KITS serves buyers and sellers worldwide. Users are responsible for complying with the laws of their own country regarding the purchase, import, and export of goods.
- 11.2.Any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
- 11.3.Sellers must accurately declare item value and contents on all customs documentation. Under-declaration is prohibited.
- 11.4.9KITS is not responsible for items held, delayed, or seized by customs authorities.
- 12.Limitation of Liability
- 12.1.9KITS provides a marketplace platform only. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or authenticity of items listed by users.
- 12.2.9KITS is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from transactions between users.
- 12.3.In any circumstance where 9KITS is found liable, our maximum liability is limited to the commission fee received on the transaction in question.
- 12.4.Use the Platform at your own risk.
- 13.Changes to the Terms
- 13.1.We may update these Terms from time to time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or in-platform notice at least 14 days in advance.
- 13.2.Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
- 13.3.If you do not accept a revised version of the Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account.
